Its official, Kakadu juice contains 100 times more Resveratrol than cabernet sauvignon. What that means is that with every 30ml of Kakadu Juice you drink an equivalent to 3 litres of cabernet sauvignon.

 

What is Resveratrol?

Resveratrol gained a lot of interest in recent years as a substance which is claimed to produce the so called French paradox.  It is a well known and documented fact that French people suffer much less of coronary disease then any other nation in the world.  This term was produced in beginning of 1990's to describe this phenomenon.

Since that time more research confirmed that Resveratrol produce many amazing results. Having very strong antioxidant and cell protective properties Resveratrol was able to prolong longevity up to 20% in some animals. When given to obese mice it was found to have a host of health effects, including increased life span and protection from diseases of aging such as atherosclerosis, and reduced body fat.

Resveratrol is likely to have an impact on human health comparable to the changes brought by antisepsis, vaccines and antibiotics during the 19th and early 20th centuries. These developments prolonged human lifespan mainly by reducing the death rate among the very young. Resveratrol will affect chronic diseases associated with aging, including atherosclerosis (heart disease, stroke), diabetes, cancer, brain diseases (Alzheimer's,Parkinson's).

In recent weeks I have been asked why Kakadu Juice has a different taste from previous ones. Answer is quite simple. Kakadu Juice is a very complex juice, containing over dozen of the very active biological substances. These very chemically active substances including flavonoids, catechins, tannins, organic acid, vitamins and hundreds of other substances found in the Kakadu Juice are very reactive with each other when mixed in a water base. After new batch of juice is made these substances are interacting with each other producing new chemicals like esters, which affect the taste and flavour of the juice. Beside our Kakadu Juice is a "live" product, it means that we will modify our formulation with new exciting ingredients as science reveal them.

Resveratrol is this exciting new ingredient. Taste of the product maybe slightly be affected but gained health benefit is enormous. No other Juice in the world has more Resveratrol than Kakadu Juice! 

I also got very disappointing comment that juice taste is predominant over its other values. I can not agree with this comment. If someone is looking for tasty juice why pay that much money for Kakadu Juice when you can by in supermarket much tastier juices for fraction of price!

Good advice for our Kakadu Juice users. If you find its taste too strong for whatever reason please dilute if with water or any juice you wish. It will not diminish its health giving properties at all.

My experience was that it curing me of double pneumonia in 3 days?

If I am on it constantly and the flu has a go at me, I up the dose to sips every 2 hours and the flu goes in a day!!

Nothing else compares and antibiotics don't work with me any more so I get scared if I run out of juice.

In London i didn't have any and ended up in hospital, had to cut my trip short and come home.

Now I know I can have some juice in my suitcase - not cabin luggage.  I was worried about weight and ended up not being able to carry out my plans.

 

It doesn't matter what people say if one has a consistently positive experience.  

Even though I am growing Aboriginal bush tucker here, it will be years before I am producing enough for my needs.  

It is hard to get fruit as in the juice so still have a big gap in my garden for what needs to be there.
