I believe the best exercise is walking. Breathing deeply while living & walking is also recommended. Deep breathing, like down to near your navel is much better. If you cannot breathe deeply, visit a breath expert. There are many other ways to exercise, and it is your choice, as long as you do it. Spending time in nature is very healing also.
